Kansas 4-H Exit Survey Update
The Kansas 4-H Exit Survey has gone out and we have over 100 responses. I do apologize that a copy of the message was not put in the Kansas 4-H Youth Development channel before round one was sent. Reminder emails will be sent the week of June 18 and July 3 for those who have not completed the survey. The next message that will be sent out is below.
Dear [Insert Last Name] Family:
Just a quick reminder that Kansas 4-H is seeking input from our former 4-H members and families through an exit survey. You are receiving this email because your child(ren) did not re-enroll for the 2023-2024 4-H year. By taking 10-20 minutes to complete this survey you will help us continue to live by the 4-H motto and allow us “To Make the Best Better.”
We ask for your honest feedback: the good, the bad, and all the in-between. Your participation is important to us and will be anonymous. Your participation is voluntary. All responses will help us inform our program planning in the future.
To take the survey, please go to the following link:

Thank you in advance for your time in completing this exit survey.
Sincerely,

Program Leader
Some people have asked if you will receive data for your own local unit. Right now, we do not have the capacity to make this happen, but we will keep this suggestion in mind and see what we might be able to do. We have also been asked what questions are being asked. The survey was posted in the Kansas 4-H Youth Development “General” Teams Channel on Friday, June 14.
If you have any questions, please reach out to Sarah Maass (semaass@k-state.edu).
