Kansas State Fair Grand Drive Livestock Entries Due
Entries for the Kansas State Fair Grand Drive (4‐H/FFA youth livestock show) are currently are due July 15. A complete nomination does not constitute entry; it only makes animals eligible. All exhibitors and animals must be entered directly through the state fair using the ShoWorks entry link posted on their website. Only online entries will be accepted.
Families who state nominated livestock need to use the exhibitor name and password created for each child during nominations to login and submit their entries. To enter a market or commercial breeding division, a drop-down list of nominated animals will be provided. Select the validation number each exhibitor plans to show. The validation number is the same as the Tag ID previously entered into the online system. A confirmation email from the Kansas State Fair, noting Grand Drive Entries, will be issued to exhibitors upon submission of show entries.
Any exhibitor who completed the nomination process, but does not enter and pay the appropriate fees through the link on the Grand Drive website, will not be allowed to participate in the state fair. Youth who are only showing registered breeding females will enter those animals based upon their registration papers and submit their YQCA verification at the time of entry.
Remember to enter showmanship, as well as purchase any additional admission wristbands and Gala tickets your family needs, when you submit your show entries!
Late entries will be accepted until July 25, with a late fee. No entries will be accepted after July 25.
