4-H Impact Evaluation
The Kansas 4-H Impact Evaluation is complete! The survey measured the outcomes of knowledge, attitude, skills and aspiration changes in the areas of making responsible choices, communications and citizenship.
We hope the results of this evaluation will help Extension Agents with 4-H responsibilities to better report their outcomes and impacts. We encourage you to use it for your annual performance review and other reporting needs.
The data by county and by district and instructions for how to use the data for your local unit can be found on the Kansas4-H.org under Staff Resources or by clicking here.
Thank you for your willingness to be a part of this study and we hope the data is helpful in describing the value of the Kansas 4-H experience. Many thanks to the Youth Development PFT subcommittee for their enthusiasm and commitment to this evaluation effort.
