Continue to share 4-H Impact Study
4-H members in action at 4-H Day are popping up on many 4-H facebook pages. 4-H communication opportunities help young people grow their public speaking, personal expression, interactive and professional correspondence skills.
Results of the Kansas 4-H Impact Study reported that 4-H participants in their third year or more reported a 60% increase in their confidence in public speaking compared to newer participants. The impact survey measured the outcomes of knowledge, attitude, skills and aspiration changes in the areas of making responsible choices, communications and citizenship.
We hope the results of this evaluation have helped you report outcomes and impacts. We encourage you to continue to share the results with key stakeholders and volunteers. The report can be found at: http://www.kansas4-h.org/docs/State_Impact_Report.pdf
