4-H Policy 2020 Update

I wanted to give you all a progress report on 4-H Policy changes that were originally slated to be introduced January 1, 2020.  As of the time of this writing, the process is still in refinement and pieces are in transition with K-State Legal Counsel for approval. The policy goal is to be fully implemented by the start of the Fall program year 2020.  There will be a reveal and invitation to KSRE stakeholders for a comment period before final approval and implementation. Samples of updates below:
