2024 Photography and Visual Art Project Forms for State Fair:
We have made a few changes to the forms used in Photography and Visual Arts this year. The Photography ID label has been redesigned and will be required for the 2024 Kansas State Fair. We have also redesigned the 4-H Project Release Form for Visual Arts and Photography. In an effort to get this information to extension agents, this information has previously been emailed to the KSRE listserv throughout spring and summer. These forms are also located on the Kansas 4-H Website.
To locate these forms on the Kansas 4-H Website, go to Events & Activities, then Kansas State Fair. In the right-hand column, you will see "Additional Password Protected Staff Resources", click on this link.
Again, in the right-hand column, click on the Kansas State Fair 4-H Page link. Here, you can scroll down through the 4-H Projects and information. The 2024 Photography ID Labels, instructions, and 4-H Project Release Form are available under Photography. The 4-H Project Release Form is also available under Visual Arts.
These forms were redesigned for identity protection if requested by the 4-H Family. The signature that is required for both photography and visual arts is located on the 4-H Project Release Form, and these will not be seen by the public. These forms will be collected when projects are dropped off at the State Fair.
