Pledge your Hands to Larger Service - Week of PRIDE 2016
Kansas PRIDE would like to invite your 4-H Clubs to participate in Week of PRIDE 2016 – May 22nd through 28th Week of PRIDE is very similar to 48 Hours of 4-H – during Week of PRIDE community volunteers mobilize to address community identified needs, and use this week to make a difference in their community.
For those not familiar with Kansas PRIDE, Kansas PRIDE is a community vitality program, co administered by K-State Research and Extension and the Kansas Department of Commerce, that assists community volunteers across the state in organization, mobilization, resources and networking to achieve their community improvement goals. We are happy to arrange a visit from the Kansas Department of Commerce with your 4-H Clubs for a short presentation about PRIDE and what it does for Kansas communities. Kansas PRIDE currently assists 63+ communities across Kansas.
